Stage Managed IPOs

We are seeing a spurt in the IPOs of many companies that don't deserve the kind of post listing gains they show. Example: Midfield Industries Limited. How does this obscure company that manufactures Steel Strappings with no technology involved and with a small value addition, justify skyrocketing of its share price in the market? Doesn't it bring back the memories of KP days? It stinks of operators and promoters manipulating the price for their own gain.Is there no one to check such malpractices any more? SEBI???

  2. First choice IPO totally agree with the views expressed by NewMan. From the listing day to till date, it appears, stock price is manipulated. Is SEBI listening?
