   IBM said that it has inked a five-year, multi-million dollar deal with Quippo-WTTIL.

   It is for managing the telecom tower companys IT infrastructure.

   Meanwhile, as part of the deal, IBM will offer technical support for Quippo-WTTILs IT infrastructure system.

   It will also include managing the hardware, mailing and infrastructure management software applications...
